To ensure the highest quality experience for all guests and to respect the time of our therapists, we kindly ask for your understanding of the following policy:

1.  Reservations
   We recommend booking at least 1 day in advance.
   For special programs, VVIP rooms, or treatments longer than 2 hours, a 30–50% deposit may be required.
   A reservation is confirmed only after receiving confirmation and (if applicable) the deposit payment.
2.  Appointment Confirmation
   We will contact you 24 hours prior to your appointment to reconfirm.
   If we are unable to reach you or receive no response, we reserve the right to release the booking.
3. Cancellation or Rescheduling
   Kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellation or rescheduling.
   Changes made within this timeframe will incur no additional charge.
4. No-Show Policy
   As we prepare a private treatment room, products, and a dedicated therapist specifically for you:
   Deposits are non-refundable in case of a no-show.
   If no deposit was made, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment fee.
   Future reservations may require full prepayment.
5. Late Arrival
   Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid affecting subsequent appointments.
   The full treatment fee will still apply.
